How To Add Money In PhonePe

There are two ways of adding money to PhonePe. One is with UPI and other is with Debit Card. In this post, we can add money with the help of UPI methods. Just follow the below steps to add money.

Step 1: Launch PhonePe in your phone make sure that you have logged in your PhonePe wallet.

Step 5: Now a screen will appear. Enter the amount you wish to add in your PhonePe wallet, select the BHIM UPI and tap on Top Up wallet.

Step 6: Now your payment will be processed at these steps. You have to enter your BHIM UPI pin to complete the payment.

Step 7: Next, a screen will appear that shows a successful transaction and your requested amount is added to your wallet.

Does PhonePe need KYC?

PhonePe wallet is monitored by the RBI and after RBI Guidelines it is necessary to complete the KYC of wallet. Completing the KYC will not harm us in any manner although it will give us some additional benefits fo being a PhonePe KYC verified user.

Note: You don’t need to visit anywhere to complete your KYC just like we need to visit the KYC Center Near Me to complete the Paytm KYC. There is no such PhonePe KYC near me or PhonePe KYC center near me.

Can we recharge metro card through PhonePe?

Yes, you can recharge metro card from PhonePe and Paytm. They are easy to use and one of them is described above from which you can recharge Delhi Metro card online. After a successful transaction, you have to tap on Automatic Vending Machine (AVM) at any Metro Station to credit the amount to your Smart Card.

How can I transfer my PhonePe rewards to my bank account?

No, you cannot transfer PhonePe rewards to your bank account directly. But there is an alternate way from which we can do this. Firstly you need to buy gold from your rewards or wallet balance. Secondly, you need to sell that gold by the above-described methods. After selling the gold your cashback will be credited to your bank account.

Note: There will be some loss of your money. This is due to the buying rate of gold is higher than the selling rate. Approximate you will lose Rs 4 for selling the gold amount of Rs 100.
